My Friend - Dragonfly

I was all alone in my house
There was nothing to do in my house
Only thing I could do was to think
what could I do ?
There was no furniture in my house
As my house was new
Mom and Dad had gone to the market
to buy some goods and food
I was roaming here and there
all alone as there was nothing to do in my house.

Suddenly I heard a noise
tap tap, tap tap,
I rushed there and
Oh! it was a dragonfly
Which was trying to escape  through
the window as it transparent.

I took her gently on my hand,
And took her to the garden
I flung my hand in the open air
And said, " now you can fly and enjoy the freedom."
But she didn't fly away !
I looked at her with surprise,
She looked at me,
Her eyes was filled with tear of happiness,
Then she smiled at me and flew away.

Some said angel, some god,
some said she was just an insect .
I don't know who she was,
But I am sure she is my friend.
